Chocolate Mocha Pie


Chocolate Mocha Pie

Dissolve 1 tablespoon of gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.

Combine in Saucepan:
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon coffee
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup cream

Mix together cocoa, coffee, salt, sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add the gelatin. Cool until slightly thickened. Beat the cooked mixture until smooth. Beat the cream. Pour into a 9 inch baked pie shell and top with nuts.
