Cinnamon Rolls


Soften:
1 package yeast
1 cup scalded milk, cool to lukewarm, add yeast

Add: 
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup flour

When cool add: 
1 teaspoon salt
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups flour

Mix well and let rise. Roll out and spread with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
